              While there 
                are many leadership and management seminar programs available, 
                both online and in "classroom" settings, some lasting 
                a year or more, none are more effective than those conducted on-site, 
                with senior management participating. This program, developed 
                and facilitated by Ed Ormsby, is complete, concise, and highly 
                interactive, allowing attendees to share thoughts, concerns and 
                ideas in a highly interactive and supportive environment. It can 
                be conducted over a one- or two-day period, with the optional 
                service quality audit taking place the day prior to the beginning
