This program, developed and facilitated by Ed Ormsby, is complete, concise, and highly interactive, allowing attendees to share thoughts, concerns and ideas in a highly interactive and supportive environment. It can be conducted over a one- or two-day period, with the optional service quality audit taking place the day prior to the beginning of the program.
